Senator Bong-Bong Marcos is said to be filing an Election Protest on the 28th of June of this year 2016. This Election Protest is with respect to the alleged fraud committed against him resulting in the Vice-Presidential win of Leni Robredo.
There have been reports of election fraud all over the country. Precints having 0 votes for Marcos, PCOS machines being found in various places which they ought not to be, etc.
Whats new? Every election there is an allegation of fraud. And I believe some to be true. What is the COMELEC doing? If put under a microscope I believe that the truth qould come out. The candidate just has to be persistent. It happened with Senator Koko Pimentel where he was proclaimed to be the rightful winner and not Migz Zubiri. Well, Zubiri is again a winner for the post of senator in the 2016 elections.
I really do hope that authorities get down to the bottom of the election fraud allegations. Maybe a third party should look into it. Most of the time, a third party investigator is better suited to investigate conspiracies.
